Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management this role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success. Responsibilities Lead and manage commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and project scheduling. Collaborate with contractors, employees to review schematics and design plans. Maintain clear communication with contractors and employees throughout the project. Skills Excellent communication skills to employees and contractors. Excellent time management skills that enable efficient prioritization of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Good computer skills Good problem solving skills Detail oriented Great organizational skills Requirements Must be able to travel to job sites. Must have a clean driving record. Must be 25+ years old.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
