Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee electrical a new construction residential townhome project in Pooler, GA to ensure they are completed on-time and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes and electrical knowledge. This role will be local, on-site in Pooler, GA with quarterly and other off-site meetings in Kennesaw, GA. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety standards and OSHA regulations. Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and quality control standards. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure proper installation and NEC requirements Manage subcontractors and labor teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow. Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets industry standards and client expectations. Ability to operate without direct supervision from Headquarters Experience Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising field operations. Familiarity with iOS and digital work order completion Extensive knowledge of construction processes Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites (OSHA certified preferred). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
