Full Job Description Hiring:
Soil Erosion Control Superintendent (Full-Time) We are looking for an experienced Erosion Control Superintendent to lead field operations across regional projects. In this role, you will oversee crew safety, schedule field labor, and ensure strict compliance with site-specific SWPPP guidelines and state environmental standards.
What You'll Do:
Lead/ aid crews in installing and maintaining BMPs (silt fence, blankets, check dams, inlet protection). Oversee hydroseeding, lime/fertilizer applications, and ground stabilization. Coordinate heavy equipment and materials; interface with GCs and municipal inspectors.
Requirements:
2+ years supervisory experience in erosion control, grading, or civil earthwork. Proficient in reading site plans and running equipment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Compensation:
