Job Description The Assistant Superintendent will support the Superintendent and Project Team in managing day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards. Assist with coordination of subcontractors and daily site activities Support planning and execution of project schedules and milestones Monitor quality control and ensure work is completed to specifications Promote and enforce site safety procedures and compliance standards Participate in project meetings and progress reporting Track site logistics, deliveries and workforce coordination Help drive project completion through proactive problem-solving and communication Long-term travel primarily throughout Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
