Superintendent (Interiors)Location:
Metro Atlanta. Projects in Buckhead, Midtown, Downtown, Alpharetta, Roswell, Smyrna, and the airport area.Compensation:
$80,000-$100,000 depending on experience + $400/month vehicle allowance Lexdyn is a metro Atlanta interiors general contractor, about 10 years in business with roughly 15 people. They lead with high-rise Class A office interiors in Buckhead and Midtown, plus corporate build-outs for clients like Delta and Coca-Cola, with crossover into healthcare and industrial. Everything they build is inside a one-hour radius of the city. There is no travel and no per diem hotel life. You are home every night. They have seven superintendents today and need an eighth now. What you'll be doing Run interiors projects in the field from mobilization through closeout, typically in the $300k-$500k range Own daily site supervision: scheduling, sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and production Report to your project manager and work directly with the owner, who still runs projects himself and checks in weekly Manage tenant and building-management relationships on occupied and high-rise sites Drive safety, quality control, and punch on tight, lease-driven timelines where the schedule is the whole ballgame What we're looking for 5+ years of interiors superintendent or assistant superintendent experience. Commercial interiors background specifically. This is not ground-up work and it moves faster. A trade background is a plus. Drywall foremen and carpenters have done well here. Comfortable running occupied, high-rise, and after-hours work No degree required Self-starter who does not need to be managed into gear. Humble, high capacity, eager to keep learning. Compensation & benefits $80,000-$100,000 base, vehicle allowance of $400/month, two weeks PTO plus holidays, BCBS health coverage with 50% employer contribution, and bonus potential in the 5-10% range.
