What You'll Do Lead complex custom home construction from planning through final walkthrough. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors. Own scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and job-site execution. Lead and mentor field personnel while holding the line on quality. Help shape and improve the systems and processes behind the company's continued growth. Operate with an ownership mindset from day one — because that's the trajectory. What We're Looking For Deep, hands-on experience leading high-end residential/custom home construction — you understand how homes are actually built, not just how to manage a schedule. A field-first leader who's as comfortable on a job site as in a client meeting. Proven ability to build trust with sophisticated, detail-oriented homeowners.
