We are looking for the right person to grow with us. This role blends field presence with office coordination: you will support active restoration projects, help manage materials, keep jobsites on track, and make sure our customers feel taken care of at every step. This role has a clear path to step into a full Project Manager role — owning your own projects, managing crews, and contributing to the company's growth. What You'll Do This role supports the project managers by: Conduct regular jobsite check-ins to verify progress, safety, quality, and cleanliness. Coordinate and meet subcontractors onsite. Order, pick up, and deliver materials accurately and on time. Support Project Managers with photos, field notes, change orders, authorizations, and documentation. What We Need From You 1-2 years of experience in construction, restoration, or a trade environment. Prefered Strong written and verbal communication. Proficiency with Google Suite and willingness to learn job management software. Valid driver's license. High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in construction management or business is a plus. Assist during customer selection meetings (flooring, cabinets, paint, fixtures, etc..) and document choices accurately. Identify and escalate jobsite issues, delays, or concerns before they become problems. Represent Harper professionally on every jobsite — customers and subcontractors should feel the difference.
