Plumbing Estimator

Overview We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing estimating and project management, with a strong ability to negotiate contracts and prices effectively. Duties Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are being taken care of. Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment required for residential plumbing projects Utilize software and other tools to create detailed estimates Collaborate with service plumbing teams to ensure accurate pricing and build schedules Review and interpret contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements Requirements Previous experience in a residential plumbing/HVAC sales role Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and contracts Ability to work on construction sites and understand site-specific requirements Excellent communication skills to interact with project teams and stakeholders

$80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
