Job Description Support Project Managers with day-to-day project administration and coordination Manage subcontractor compliance documentation including insurance certificates, lien waivers, licenses, and warranties Review and process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor documentation Maintain project logs, records, and tracking reports Coordinate project documentation with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers Assist with subcontract and purchase order administration Support vendor onboarding and setup activities Help facilitate project closeout documentation and record management MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
