Job Description

Lead impactful projects throughout the Statesboro market. Work with an established contractor and proven leadership. About Our Client Top Statesboro/Savannah general contractor looking for a project manager with a mixed commercial background to join their team. Job Description Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project progress. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets. Resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction. Conduct regular site visits to inspect work and ensure adherence to plans. Communicate project updates and progress to relevant stakeholders. The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Project Manager should have: Experience with managing construction projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities.
