About Our Client Client is a top Statesboro commercial construction general contractor with a mixed commercial construction portfolio. Job Description Coordinate and assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects. Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure alignment. Assist in managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports. Support procurement efforts, including sourcing materials and negotiating with vendors. Identify and address potential challenges to maintain project efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and deliver progress updates and reports to senior management.
