About Our Client Our client is a well-established, family-owned commercial construction business experiencing significant growth throughout Coastal Georgia and the surrounding region. With a strong reputation for quality execution across multifamily, hospitality, municipal, healthcare, and commercial projects, they are seeking a Superintendent to play a critical role in delivering complex projects while helping support an ambitious growth strategy. Job Description Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestone achievement and successful project delivery Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel Enforce site safety standards and promote a proactive safety culture Conduct regular quality control inspections and ensure work meets project specifications Collaborate with Project Managers to manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation Maintain strong communication with clients, design teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Proven Superintendent experience on ground-up commercial construction projects Experience delivering projects in multifamily, hospitality, municipal, healthcare, education, industrial, or related commercial sectors Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and site logistics Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules Experience overseeing projects valued between $5 million and $15 million preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to build relationships with clients, consultants, and field teams Proficiency with construction management software and digital project documentation tools Stable work history with a commitment to safety, quality, and project execution What's on
Offer Base Salary:
$90,000 - $125,000
