Job Description Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. Maintain effective communication with clients and team members. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions. The Successful Applicant Proven Project Management experience in commercial construction Extensive experience managing interior healthcare and Class A office projects Strong, proven, and verifiable client base is highly preferred Ideally resides in the North Atlanta corridor Experience managing subcontractors, procurement, and contract administration Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management platforms What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $120,000 Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k) Vehicle allowance and gas expense reimbursement Strong and lucrative bonus structure Strong pipeline of healthcare and corporate interior projects Long-term career stability with a respected commercial contractor Clear advancement opportunities into Senior Project Manager and Operations leadership roles
