Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee residential renovations, cabinet installation projects, house flips, and larger construction developments from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage large-scale construction initiatives, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and have high problem solving skills. Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Manage project teams including subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and on-site personnel to foster collaboration and accountability. Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. Supervise cabinet installation crews and ensure high quality workmanship Review construction plans, blueprints, and specifications; ensure clarity and accuracy for all project phases. Order and coordinate delivery of materials Assist with estimating, bidding, and helping grow the company's construction and cabinet installation business Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth project delivery and resolve issues promptly. Ensure construction documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained according to company policies; utilize construction management software for record keeping. Conduct regular site inspections, oversee quality assurance processes and address any deficiencies immediately. Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects; minimum of several years in a construction management role. Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques and contract administration including reading blueprints and construction plans. Deep understanding of construction regulations, safety standards (OSHA), and regulatory compliance requirements. Experience managing complex infrastructure projects involving multiple stakeholders; ability to handle project scheduling and cost management simultaneously. Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on time management, project scheduling coordination, and detailed documentation practices. Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination among diverse teams; adept at managing contracts and negotiations.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Comfortable using smartphones and email. Preferred Qualifications Experience with residential remodeling, spec homes, or house flips.
