They are looking for a Superintendent that can run projects between $25-50M in value. Lead Superintendent Requirements:

Previous experience as a Superintendent Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in order to run the site efficiently and effectively Enforce Project-Specific Safety Plan and ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies.
