Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Site Supervisor who will be tasked with overseeing the daily operations of a designated location, ensuring effective communication with team members, tenants, vendors, and management. The role involves responding to emails and phone calls, leading, and supervising a custodial team with strong organizational and communication skills. Key duties include maintaining cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, parking lots, and walkways, restocking supplies, and managing waste disposal. The supervisor will also handle routine maintenance tasks, operate tools like a leaf blower, drive a golf cart, painting, and use a ladder for various tasks. Effective use of a smartphone for uploading information, communicating, and reporting is essential. Adherence to safety procedures and reporting any safety or building issues is crucial. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
