Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Site Supervisor who will be tasked with overseeing the daily operations of a designated location, ensuring effective communication with team members, tenants, vendors, and management. The role involves responding to emails and phone calls, leading, and supervising a custodial team with strong organizational and communication skills. Key duties include maintaining cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, parking lots, and walkways, restocking supplies, and managing waste disposal. The supervisor will also handle routine maintenance tasks, operate tools like a leaf blower, drive a golf cart, painting, and use a ladder for various tasks. Effective use of a smartphone for uploading information, communicating, and reporting is essential. Adherence to safety procedures and reporting any safety or building issues is crucial. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

  • Hourly pay rate: $18.00
Skills/Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must pass the HBM prescreen check. Valid Hawaii driver's license and a reliable vehicle are necessary. Supervisory experience is preferred. Previous maintenance or related experience Basic phone and computer skills are essential for managing scheduling, tracking performance metrics, and utilizing various software tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English is required. Strong public relations and communication skills, along with the physical capability to perform manual labor to handle tasks requiring strength, such as lifting, carrying heavy objects, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently, carrying at least 25 lbs., reaching overhead, grasping objects, pressing, bending, kneeling, walking, crawling, squatting, climbing, stretching, walking up and down stairs, and using a ladder.
