Senior Vice President - Project Execution Renewable Energy EPC | United States We are partnering with a rapidly growing renewable energy EPC contractor to appoint a Senior Vice President of Project Execution to lead the successful delivery of its expanding project portfolio. This is a senior operational leadership position with responsibility for driving safe, predictable and profitable project execution across multiple concurrent projects. The Role Reporting into executive leadership, the SVP of Project Execution will take ownership of project delivery from pre-construction handover through construction, commissioning and closeout.

Key responsibilities will include:

Lead execution across a growing portfolio of renewable energy projects Provide leadership to Project Directors, Project Managers and field operations teams Establish consistent project execution standards, controls and operating rhythms Drive safety, quality, schedule, cost and margin performance Strengthen forecasting, project controls and executive reporting Identify project risks early and drive effective mitigation Improve coordination between estimating, procurement, engineering and construction Develop and mentor the next generation of operational leaders Support workforce planning and subcontractor strategy Drive continuous improvement as the organization scales The Candidate We are looking for a proven project execution leader from the renewable energy, power or infrastructure EPC market . You are likely currently operating as an SVP, VP of Project Execution, VP Construction, VP Operations, VP EPC or senior Project Director within a larger organization and looking for an opportunity to take on broader leadership responsibility.

Ideal experience includes:

Significant EPC or construction leadership experience Strong utility-scale solar, BESS, power or renewable energy background Track record delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously Strong understanding of field construction and project operations Commercial awareness with responsibility for project margin and financial performance Experience building teams, processes and execution capability Ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment Strong leadership presence with both field and executive teams The Opportunity This is an opportunity to join a business at an important stage of its growth and play a major role in building the execution platform required for its next phase.
