Culver's is currently seeking a candidate for our Project Manager-New Construction position. The New Construction Project Manager is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and overseeing landscape installation projects from start to finish. This role ensures effective communication between builders, homeowners, vendors, subcontractors, and internal crews while maintaining high-quality standards and efficient workflows. Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to Coordinate project scheduling with builders, including identifying potential issues and arranging onsite meetings to review changes or to paint out landscape bedlines Communicate project timelines, adjustments, and expectations with homeowners; conduct pre-construction meetings and mark out bedlines as needed Schedule material deliveries with sod farms, nurseries, and other suppliers Coordinate with truck drivers regarding deliveries of rock, sod, and other materials Work with city officials to arrange and pass grade inspections Manage scheduling and communication with subcontractors such as irrigation, fencing, and others Participate in on-call snow removal duties during winter months Site Management & Field Support Evaluate upcoming job sites to identify readiness, grading quality, and potential issues; document findings Meet with installation crews each morning to review daily plans and assignments Perform onsite checks throughout the day to ensure tasks are progressing and meet quality standards Provide hands-on support to crews when needed and operate equipment or transport materials to job sites Leadership, Quality, and Problem Solving Coach and educate crew members when issues arise to ensure best practices and consistent quality Maintain overall quality control of all landscape installations Troubleshoot and resolve project issues promptly to keep jobs on track

Good communication skills and a self-starter Good work attitude Attention to detail and quality of work Ability to multi-task and work independently Ability to manage multiple crews and schedules efficiently Valid driver's license Sod/Grading knowledge Hardscape knowledge to include retaining/boulder walls Ability to read grading and topo maps for installation Ability to speak with contractors, clients and project managers in a positive and effective manner Knowledge of machinery/equipment used in the installation process Tree, bush and shrub planting/maintenance knowledge
