Project Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of commercial construction management experience with a General Contracting Company
• Ability to independently coordinate multiple projects and initiatives
• Experience in managing client relationships and team collaboration

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Perform project estimates, develop budgets, and ensure they align with client objectives
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier scope analysis
• Facilitate weekly team progress meetings and provide timely communication with all parties
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers, field staff, and subcontractors
• Engage in industry networking events and ongoing professional development​ (Responsible for Project Start Up, Project Close Out and Business Development )
