This role is responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects ($5M+) Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field staff Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met Enforce safety standards and job site compliance Collaborate with Project Managers on budgeting, timelines, and execution Conduct site meetings and provide regular progress updates Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects Proven experience managing projects valued at $5 million or more Strong background in large commercial builds Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Boise, ID Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and schedules Strong leadership and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with concrete cutting (highly preferred) OSHA certification Experience managing multiple trades and complex job sites
