Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage 2-3 Foreman and multiple projects to complete efficiently
- Manage job site and logistics. Work side by side with crews as needed.
- Manage the health and safety of the crew on site
- Blueprint reading, layout and planning of the day-to-day onsite jobs
- Daily notes of what was completed on site
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification/Skills:
- Must be capable of performing physical duties required
- 7-10 years of commercial construction experience with Concrete flat work and curb and gutter
- Supervisory and time management skills are essential
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license Top dollar for the Treasure Valley area.
