Are you someone who takes ownership, works well independently, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment? CBH Homes is looking for a Field Warranty Superintendent to join our Customer Care team! In this role, you'll work directly with homeowners, trade partners, and our internal team to assess warranty concerns, complete minor repairs, oversee larger repairs, and make sure every interaction represents the level of service CBH is known for. We're looking for someone with strong construction and handyman skills who can troubleshoot issues, take initiative, and confidently work with homeowners and trade partners while staying organized and solutions-focused. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners to assess warranty concerns and determine appropriate next steps. Troubleshoot construction-related issues and complete minor repairs when appropriate. Coordinate repairs with CBH trade partners and communicate expectations clearly. Inspect completed work to ensure repairs meet CBH's quality standards. Communicate findings, repair needs, and completed work back to the Customer Care team. Manage your daily schedule and assigned warranty workload with strong follow-through. Build positive relationships with homeowners, trade partners, and CBH teammates. Help identify recurring warranty issues and opportunities to improve quality and processes. Represent CBH professionally and courteously in our customers' homes and communities. What We're Looking For Strong general construction knowledge and hands-on repair/handyman skills. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to coordinate and work effectively with subcontractors and trade partners. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and construction/warranty software. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous residential construction, warranty, maintenance, or customer service experience preferred.
