In this vital role, you will coordinate all aspects of demolition operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while adhering to project schedules and budgets. Your leadership will drive the successful completion of complex demolition tasks, utilizing your construction management expertise and technical knowledge to deliver outstanding results. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage large-scale projects, work with diverse teams, and make a tangible impact on our infrastructure development initiatives. Responsibilities Lead and supervise demolition crews on-site, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies. Review blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand project scope and identify potential challenges before execution. Manage procurement of materials, equipment, while maintaining strict adherence to project budgets and contracts. Oversee the proper use of construction management software like ProCore for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project milestones are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Qualifications 2 Years of commercial demolition experience minimum. Experience in heavy equipment operation preferred. (Excavator, skid steer, forklift, scissor lift, boom lift, gradall, etc..) Proven demolition or construction site management experience with a strong background in supervising teams on large-scale projects. Extensive knowledge of construction management software including ProCore. Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, construction estimating, budgeting, and contract management. In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices specific to demolition sites; certification mandatory . Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams confidently while fostering a culture of safety and accountability.

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
