Job Summary We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead our construction site in Moses Lake, WA . In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate teams, ensure safety compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for excellence in commercial construction. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project flow. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to meet deadlines. Oversee site safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately to guide onsite activities and ensure adherence to design specifications. Monitor quality control processes, conduct inspections, and address any issues promptly to uphold project standards. Requirements Proven experience supervising commercial construction projects with a background in construction management. Extensive knowledge of construction site operations, safety standards (OSHA), and blueprint reading. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contracts, and project timelines effectively while supervising diverse teams. Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and the ability to read schematics accurately. Hands-on experience with construction site equipment testing tools. Excellent management skills with a proven track record of supervising teams.

$40.00 - $70.00 per hour
