Responsibilities and Duties Construction Superintendent will be responsible for the following : Managing and Maintaining Schedule Coordinating Subcontractors and Suppliers Managing In House Erection Crew Identifying Necessary Resources Vital to Completing Tasks Communicating with Clientele Documenting Daily Activities Enforcing Safety Program Maintaining and Enforcing Quality Control Qualifications and Skills Construction Workeragement Degree Preferred but Not Required Previous Steel Building Erection Experience is a Plus Previous Superintendent Experience a Plus Previous Construction Experience a Plus Previous Management Experience a Plus Someone Willing to Buy into the Teton West Way and Learn an Absolute Must!
