Project Coordinator - Restoration & Construction Position Overview Romexterra Restoration is looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our residential restoration, reconstruction, and exterior projects from start to finish. The Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers, customers, insurance representatives, subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to keep projects organized, properly documented, and moving forward. This is a fast-paced role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable coordinating multiple projects at the same time. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily communication between customers, Project Managers, insurance representatives, subcontractors, vendors, and field crews . Monitor project management systems and tracking boards for new jobs, updates, deadlines, and follow-ups. Process new projects and maintain accurate project information, documentation, and records. Assist Project Managers with reconstruction, roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and other exterior restoration projects . Coordinate crew schedules and assist with project assignments. Contact new customers to explain the project process, next steps, and expectations. Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and follow up with customers and project stakeholders. Maintain project files, documentation, photos, estimates, and other required information. Assist with permits, inspections, material ordering, and project scheduling . Monitor project financials, billing, costs, and job information for accuracy. Audit new and scheduled projects to identify missing information, cost issues, or project updates. Order materials and supplies as needed. Keep project management systems and tracking spreadsheets up to date. Provide administrative and operational support to the restoration, reconstruction, and exterior departments . Identify project issues or delays and communicate them to the appropriate team members. Work collaboratively with the team to improve organization, communication, and project efficiency. Qualifications Previous experience in project coordination, construction, restoration, remodeling, property management, or a related field is preferred. Experience with residential construction or restoration is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating with homeowners, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams . Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Comfortable using technology, spreadsheets, email, and project management software. Experience with Albi, CompanyCam, Matterport, Xactimate, or similar construction/restoration software is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary:
