Job Description

Position:

Field Construction Superintendent Location:

The main office is located in Addison. Job sites are in the greater Chicagoland area.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Field Superintendent, or Project Superintendent on commercial or institutional construction projects. Required experience managing public-sector construction projects , including municipal, K-12, higher education, government, or other publicly funded work. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination. Demonstrated experience managing the Submittal and RFI process. Experience leading owner meetings and coordinating multiple project stakeholders. Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software. OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
