This role is essential to ensuring efficient workforce management, strong employee engagement, and excellent client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple locations, address workforce needs, and maintain smooth daily operations. This position requires a high level of flexibility to support client demands and operational needs. Duties Oversee daily staffing operations across multiple buildings, ensuring consistent service and support at each location. Serve as the primary point of contact between Summit Staffing, employees, and client leadership. Supervise and support on-site employees, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Monitor employee attendance, call-offs, tardiness, performance, and scheduling needs. Coordinate with recruiting teams to ensure staffing levels meet client expectations across all assigned buildings. Conduct new-hire orientations, onboarding, and regular employee check-ins. Address employee concerns, provide coaching, and assist with performance management and employee retention. Oversee timekeeping, payroll verification, daily reporting, and employee documentation. Maintain accurate workforce records and ensure compliance with company and client policies. Travel between assigned buildings to monitor operations, resolve employee concerns, and support client needs. Maintain strong relationships with client supervisors and management to ensure effective communication and service delivery. Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve workforce performance and efficiency. Promote workplace safety and ensure employees follow established safety procedures. Provide additional leadership and operational support during peak hiring periods and special projects. Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required). Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, on-site supervision, or workforce management preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage employees across multiple buildings. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with employee relations, attendance management, and workforce coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Experience with Avionté or other applicant tracking and workforce management systems is a plus. Ability to maintain accurate records and assist with timekeeping and payroll processes. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between assigned client locations. Strong commitment to professionalism, attendance, punctuality, and client satisfaction. Schedule & Availability Primarily 1st Shift | Flexible Schedule Required Candidates must have a highly flexible schedule and be willing to adjust their working hours, including providing support outside regular 1st-shift hours, based on client demands and operational needs.
