With 13 offices across Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Chicago, and Georgia, we pride ourselves on building strong relationships with both our clients and employees. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated On-Site Manager to join our team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in recruiting, employee relations, and workforce management. Monday - Friday 6:00am-3:00pm
Pay:
$20 per hour Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) required Key Responsibilities Conduct new employee orientations Provide workplace safety training Track and manage employee attendance Coach employees and assist with resolving workplace issues Support recruiting, interviewing, and candidate screening Coordinate pre-employment drug tests and background checks Maintain accurate employee records and database systems Assist with payroll inquiries and deductions Communicate regularly with supervisors and client contacts Provide excellent customer service to employees and clients Perform general office and administrative duties Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees and clients Strong attention to detail Benefits After 90 days of employment, employees eligible for: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Additional benefits include: 15 PTO days during the first year Additional PTO day for your birthday Opportunity for Company Match on Retirement Account Employee referral bonus program
