The ideal candidate will have construction experience, be responsible for a variety of tasks on active job sites, including preparing work areas, operating tools and equipment, loading/unloading materials, and supporting other tradespeople as needed. This is a hands-on role requiring physical stamina and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform installations of products and systems according to specifications and guidelines. Conduct thorough inspections of completed installations to verify quality and compliance with safety standards. Perform physical labor on construction sites including demolition, excavation, and material handling Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including any materials used and time spent on each project. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns in a professional manner. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while on the job site. Requirements Ability to travel up to 75% Previous experience in construction or a related field Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in various weather conditions Knowledge of construction tools and equipment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members effectively. Strong attention to safety and detail Valid driver's license A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship in every project undertaken.
