Director of Construction (Production Division)

Job Description Role Summary:

The Director of Construction (Production Division) oversees teams building factory-built buildings, managing materials, personnel, and schedules to ensure KBPods consistently meets and exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor construction teams, setting clear expectations, goals, and schedules while promoting KBPods' mission and values. Ensure consistent excellence in construction practices through coordination, oversight, and quality control. Champion safety across all work areas, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with project management to guarantee units are built to specifications, codes, and design standards. Develop, train, and cross-train labor teams to enhance skills, performance, and career growth. Oversee tools, materials, and resources, partnering with the Executive Team to provide teams with what they need to succeed. Promote a positive, transparent, and cooperative work environment that values teamwork, accountability, and family-oriented culture. Drive alignment and collaboration across all departments to achieve company goals and strategic initiatives. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support organizational success. The Director of Construction (Production Division) is a full time, exempt employee of KBPods. Pay based on experience #ILN123

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
