Job Description Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion. Create and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets. Coordinate with project engineers to ensure technical specifications are met. Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with project timelines and safety protocols. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders. Identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery. Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company standards. Conduct project reviews and implement lessons learned for future projects. The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Project Manager should have: Experience with project management and project engineering in the construction industry. Strong skills in scheduling and budgeting for construction projects. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors effectively. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
