Job Description Support Project Managers in the execution of K-12 and public-sector construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation. Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking. Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, subcontractors, and field personnel. Review construction documents and assist in identifying potential project issues. Track procurement activities and long-lead materials. Assist with subcontractor buyout and contract administration. Participate in project meetings and maintain action item logs. Support project closeout activities, punch lists, and warranty documentation. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. 1-5 years of experience with a General Contractor, Construction Manager, or related construction organization. Experience in K-12, municipal, public-sector, commercial, or institutional construction is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar construction software is a plus. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to grow within a collaborative team environment.
