Site Manager Renewable Energy

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee on-site execution of utility-scale renewable energy projects across the U.S. This role is responsible for managing construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead daily on-site construction activities for solar projects Manage subcontractors, crews, and field personnel Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA) and site protocols Monitor project schedule, progress, and milestones Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams Oversee installation of PV systems, trackers, inverters, and BOP components Conduct site inspections, QA/QC checks, and reporting Support commissioning and project closeout activities Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction/site management (solar preferred) Experience with utility-scale renewable projects Strong knowledge of field operations, scheduling, and subcontractor management Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety compliance Ability to travel and work on-site across the U.S. Strong leadership and communication skills Nice to Have Experience with trackers, inverters, and substation coordination Background in EPC projects OSHA 30 certification Compensation Competitive salary (based on experience) Per diem and travel support (if applicable) Long-term project opportunities

Pay:

$120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
