Job Description Erie Home, a national leader in premium residential roofing and exterior remodeling, seeks a Construction Supervisor to lead on-site roofing projects. In this field-based role, you'll coordinate crews, manage jobsite safety, and ensure high-quality installation of energy-efficient roofing systems. You'll review plans, inspect work, resolve issues, and serve as the primary on-site contact for homeowners. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day residential roofing and exterior remodeling jobsite operations Coordinate and supervise installation crews and subcontractors for safety and productivity Review project plans, scopes, and materials to ensure accurate installation Conduct quality inspections throughout projects and at completion Serve as on-site point of contact for homeowners, addressing questions and concerns Enforce OSHA and company safety standards, conducting toolbox talks as needed Schedule labor, materials deliveries, and equipment to meet project timelines Document project progress, changes, and issues for internal reporting Collaborate with sales, production, and customer service teams to resolve field issues Train and mentor crew members on installation best practices and company standards Required Skills Residential roofing installation Construction site management Reading blueprints and specs Carpentry and framing basics Use of power and hand tools Jobsite safety and OSHA compliance Crew leadership and training Quality control inspections Customer communication Time and project scheduling
