What You'll Do Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation Work closely with Superintendents to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget Manage and mentor Project Managers, APMs, and Project Engineers Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle What We're Looking For Strong experience managing commercial construction projects Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a general contractor Ability to independently manage projects from start to finish Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and construction operations Excellent leadership and communication skills Experience managing large-scale and complex projects preferred
