We are looking for a strong construction professional who can manage projects, coordinate teams, solve problems, and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards. Our company specializes in roofing, solar, and insulation projects. This role will support different divisions based on company needs. You do not need to be an expert in every trade. We are looking for someone with construction experience, leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to learn.

$70,000-$90,000/year based on experience About the Role The Construction Project Manager will manage projects from kickoff through completion while coordinating customers, crews, subcontractors, vendors, materials, schedules, and inspections. You will work closely with leadership and field teams to keep projects organized, identify problems early, and make sure work is completed correctly. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership and does not wait to be told every next step. Responsibilities Manage roofing, solar, and insulation projects from start to finish Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers Review project scope, schedules, materials, and production requirements Perform jobsite visits to monitor: Progress Quality Safety Completion requirements Communicate with customers, leadership, and field teams Resolve scheduling, material, and jobsite issues Track project documentation, photos, permits, inspections, and closeout items Support multiple construction divisions as company needs change Requirements Construction project management experience OR strong field experience ready to move into management Experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, vendors, or customers Understanding of construction processes and jobsite operations Strong communication and organization skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience Roofing project management Solar installation or project coordination Insulation or energy efficiency experience Residential or commercial construction Permits and inspections Managing multiple construction trades What We Are Looking For The right candidate: Takes ownership and follows through Communicates clearly Solves problems instead of creating excuses Wants a long-term career in construction operations Is willing to learn new trades and systems
