Job Description Job Description We're seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to lead the field execution of large-scale ground-up construction projects throughout the Phoenix metro area. About the Role This role will oversee complex projects including industrial, mission-critical/data centers, healthcare, and other large commercial developments, ensuring exceptional safety, quality, and schedule performance from start to finish. Responsibilities 1+ years of Assistant Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor Proven success leading ground-up projects valued at $30M+ (or similarly complex projects) Experience in industrial, mission-critical/data centers, healthcare, or large commercial construction Strong leadership in managing field teams, subcontractors, and project schedules Extensive knowledge of construction safety, quality control, and project sequencing Excellent communication and collaboration skills with owners, architects, engineers, and project teams Qualifications If you're a proven field leader who thrives on delivering complex, high-profile projects and enjoys building strong teams, we'd love to speak with you.
