Wanted Project Superintendent with Strong carpentry experience (10 + years is a plus.)
MUST HAVE
experience running residential room additions, kitchen/bath projects & basements. Marketing area (majority Western suburbs) 6/8 job typical workload, 40 hr wk. (no Sat.), above avg. pay, full benefits, matching 401k.
Job Requirements:
Supervise job sites to ensure work is being done correctly and on schedule Reviewing prints before they are approved for construction to ensure accuracy Approve trade invoices and extra work orders Conduct print reviews with the homeowner before project is issued to construction Reviewing window, door & cabinet orders to ensure accuracy before ordered

$65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
