Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day construction operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Supervise and coordinate field crews, ensuring optimal resource allocation and performance. Develop and implement operational plans, strategies, and best practices to enhance productivity and safety. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines. Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and address any issues that arise to maintain schedules and budgets. Qualifications:

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
