Job Description
You know how to run a jobsite. You don't need someone standing over your shoulder telling you how to sequence the work, manage the trades, or solve the problems that inevitably show up in the field. This is a chance to take that experience and own projects from start to finish while staying local. You'll own the site Overseeing construction from mobilization through completion, with responsibility for safety, quality, and schedule. Directing subcontractors, consultants, and vendors and making sure the manpower and sequencing are right. Managing the day-to-day pace of the work and holding trades accountable when they're falling behind. Catching conflicts between drawings and field conditions before they turn into bigger problems. Coordinating inspections, permits, RFIs, submittals, and other details needed to keep the project moving. Running subcontractor coordination meetings and maintaining three-week lookaheads and project documentation. Working directly with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and keep everyone aligned. What you get You'll have the opportunity to run high-end retail, restaurant, experiential, and other commercial interior projects with typical oversight, not constant hand-holding. You're trusted to make decisions in the field and take ownership of the finished product. The compensation range is $110,000-$135,000 , based on experience. You're probably a fit if you can walk onto a jobsite and take control without needing to be taught how to run a complex project. You understand the trades, know how to keep subcontractors moving, and can be firm without creating unnecessary friction. You're organized, diplomatic, proactive, and comfortable being the person everyone looks to when something needs to get figured out. Three or more years of verifiable Superintendent experience is required. High-end retail TI, restaurant, experiential, or multifamily experience is a plus, as is experience with Procore or similar construction software.
