Job Description Staff On Site seeks a Construction Coordinator to support project teams for commercial and light industrial clients. In this role, you'll schedule subcontractors, track materials, maintain project documentation, and ensure work follows safety and quality standards. You will assist with RFIs, change orders, and permits while coordinating daily site activities with superintendents and vendors. The coordinator will update timelines, prepare reports, and communicate progress to clients and internal staff. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. Responsibilities Coordinate daily construction activities and project schedules for client sites Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and site supervisors to align timelines and deliverables Track materials, deliveries, and equipment needs to avoid delays Maintain project documentation including RFIs, change orders, and permits Support compliance with safety standards and company/client procedures Prepare regular status reports and communicate progress to clients and internal teams Update project timelines and flag risks or delays to project leadership Assist with onboarding and coordinating field staff assigned through Staff On Site Required Skills Construction project coordination Project scheduling Subcontractor coordination Construction documentation RFI and change order support Permitting support Construction safety practices Material tracking and logistics MS Office / project software Client and vendor communication
