This role combines hands-on supervision with strategic project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. Duties Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution to meet project milestones and client expectations Oversee daily site activities, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed and work is performed according to design schematics and contract specifications Collaborate with project stakeholders—contractors, architects, engineers, and clients—to facilitate clear communication and resolve issues promptly Manage project schedules using gantt charts, excel, or other construction management software to optimize resource allocation and timeline adherence Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of project requirements Follow company processes for documentation, estimating, tracking project progress, and reporting Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with safety standards Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services aligned with project schedules Maintain comprehensive records of project activities, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and other documentation necessary for successful project management Experience Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or Project Manager with a minimum of 4 years managing mid-large-scale construction projects Extensive knowledge of construction site operations, safety regulations, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams effectively while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project demands Hands-on experience with civil projects preferred; familiarity with heavy civil construction practices is a plus Strong communication skills for clear coordination across teams and stakeholders Join us in shaping the future of construction by leading innovative projects that make a lasting impact!
