Position Summary The Sr. Site Supervisor serves as the primary onsite leader responsible for workforce management, recruiting, employee engagement, client relations, and operational execution. This individual ensures staffing requirements are met while fostering a safe, productive, and positive work environment for both clients and employees. As the main point of contact for onsite workforce operations, the Site Supervisor proactively addresses challenges, reinforces HR and safety policies, and drives workforce stability through strong leadership, accountability, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Ensure client staffing requirements are met consistently and efficiently. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and onsite employees. Monitor attendance, employee performance, and workforce productivity. Serve as the primary escalation point for employee relations, attendance, and operational concerns. Enforce company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements. Conduct employee coaching, engagement, and retention activities. Maintain accurate records and workforce reporting. Partner closely with client leadership to address workforce needs and support operational goals. Foster a positive onsite culture aligned with company values. Qualifications Previous staffing, workforce management, warehouse, manufacturing, or onsite management experience preferred. Experience in employee relations, or supervising hourly workforces. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce management systems preferred. Flexible and adaptable with the ability to manage changing priorities.
