In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate with project teams, ensure safety compliance, and uphold quality standards. Your expertise in construction management and site supervision will be instrumental in delivering projects on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse teams and manage multifaceted construction activities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of construction site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination to ensure project milestones are met efficiently. Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to maintain high safety standards and adherence to project specifications. Implement and monitor quality control procedures to guarantee work meets design schematics, blueprints, and industry standards. Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide on-site activities accurately. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Coordinate with project managers on budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement processes using HeavyBid or similar estimating tools. Enforce safety protocols rigorously, conduct safety meetings, and ensure all team members are trained in OSHA standards. Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, incident logs, change orders, and contract compliance records. Lead efforts in project scheduling, risk management, and problem-solving to keep projects on track while managing multiple priorities. Skills Proven experience supervising construction sites with strong management capabilities in fast-paced environments. Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate on-site execution. Strong understanding of contracts law and ability to interpret contractual obligations effectively. Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols aligned with OSHA standards; ability to enforce safety policies diligently. Proficiency in project scheduling and resource planning; experience with pipeline management is a plus. Excellent leadership skills with supervising experience that fosters teamwork and accountability among diverse crews. Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
