We're looking for an experienced Field Supervisor to lead our crews, protect our customers' homes, and make sure every job we complete reflects the quality we're known for. If you know construction, know how to lead a crew, and take pride in a job done right, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Run the Job Site Supervise roofing, siding, and gutter crews to keep work on schedule and up to standard Walk job sites throughout each project to check progress, catch issues early, and confirm quality Keep crews aligned on safety requirements, company policy, and project details Protect the Property Set up debris management systems (like our Catch-All System) to protect landscaping Keep job sites clean and organized from day one through final cleanup Be the Face of the Job Serve as the homeowner's main point of contact on site, answering questions and giving updates Give neighbors a heads up before work starts to keep the community informed Collect payments at project milestones and completion, and coordinate with accounting Keep the Record Straight Take photos throughout each job to document progress and key details Send regular updates to the office, flagging anything that needs attention Coordinate the Details Work with project managers on timelines, materials, and crew assignments Help track inventory and coordinate with procurement so crews have what they need What You Bring Bilingual in English and Spanish, required. You'll be communicating daily with both homeowners and crew members Experience supervising crews on residential roofing, siding, or gutter projects Working knowledge of installation standards and job site safety practices Strong communication skills. You'll be talking with homeowners, crews, and neighbors daily Comfortable managing multiple job sites and priorities at once Must be able to climb ladders and walk on sloped/rooftop surfaces, with or without reasonable accommodation A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why 3JM Exteriors We're a family-owned business, and we treat our team that way too. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:
