$100,000 - $125,000 per year Job Details - Responsibilities Manage all day to day operations on the jobsite from mOur Clientlization through project completion. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors including excavation, utilities, concrete, masonry, paving, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and other trades. Oversee site preparation, grading, underground utilities, foundations, and concrete work prior to vertical construction. Ensure the masonry building is constructed in accordance with plans, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. Maintain and drive the project schedule, proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact timelines or budget. Perform daily site walks to monitor workmanship, quality, productivity, and safety. Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies while leading daily safety meetings. Coordinate inspections with local municipalities, inspectors, and project stakeholders to maintain compliance. Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, RFIs, and field documentation while communicating project status to the Project Manager and ownership. Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and overall site logistics to keep work progressing efficiently. Resolve field conflicts and unforeseen issues in collaboration with subcontractors, design teams, and project management. Lead punch list completion, final inspections, commissioning, and project closeout activities. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing ground up commercial construction projects. Demonstrated experience overseeing masonry construction projects. Strong understanding of site development, grading, utilities, concrete, parking lots, and commercial building construction. Proven ability to manage project schedules and coordinate multiple subcontractors. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience Ground up commercial construction. Stand-alone masonry buildings. Commercial site work including utilities, grading, stormwater, and paving. Experience delivering projects from groundbreaking through owner turnover.
