Beech Grove, IN About the Role Pyramid Design & Construction is seeking a skilled, hands-on Working Foreman to guide and work alongside field teams on high-quality commercial and industrial construction projects. This key leadership position blends practical construction knowledge with the ability to coordinate crews, uphold safety standards, and ensure every project is executed with efficiency and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate is a leader who can teach, motivate, and set the tone for excellence on every job site. Key Responsibilities Supervise and actively participate in daily on-site construction activities. Direct and coordinate crews to ensure timelines and quality standards are met. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. Maintain jobsite safety and compliance with OSHA and company protocols. Communicate effectively with subcontractors, project managers, and team members. Mentor and train less-experienced workers to develop skills and confidence. Track material use, monitor progress, and ensure efficient workflow. Solve problems quickly and make sound decisions under pressure. Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship throughout all project phases. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of practical experience in construction, with proven leadership ability. Deep understanding of commercial and industrial construction methods. Strong communication and team coordination skills. Ability to interpret blueprints and manage multiple jobsite priorities. Solid grasp of safety procedures and regulatory compliance. High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid driver's license required.What We Offer Health & Wellness:
