Maintenance Technician Pay Rate:
$23
•$32/hr. on W2
Location:
Beech Grove, IN Shift:
1st Shift 7:00 AM
•3:30 PM with on-call weekend rotation.
Duration:
6 Months+

Responsibilities:
Potential assignments may include, but are not limited to: Installing and maintaining machinery and equipment. Operating hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools. Troubleshooting mechanical failures and pneumatic systems. Repairing, rebuilding, and maintaining mechanical drive systems. Installing material systems. Fabrication.
Qualifications:
To be considered for an opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria: Commitment to Client's goal of achieving a zero-injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures. Exhibit regular and prompt attendance. Able to meet physical requirements of the position including but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Willing to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime if needed. Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team setting when needed. Always Exhibit a professional image; maintain a positive and respectful attitude. Basic welding, layout, and fabrication skills. Experience with V-belt and chain drive systems. Machine troubleshooting and repair skills. Experience with 480-volt, 3-phase motor circuits. Hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge a plus.

$23.00
