Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and manufacturing construction projects from inception to completion Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Act as an owner representative to ensure project setup Develop detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling tools, coordinating all phases of work. Manage project budgets through Construction estimating and Construction budget management practices, tracking costs meticulously. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and regulatory compliance is maintained. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to interpret construction plans and blueprints reading. Supervise and manage teams on-site and in-office, providing clear direction and fostering a culture of safety and excellence. Coordinate subcontractors' work schedules to ensure seamless project progression and timely completion. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to construction plans. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes while maintaining accurate records of all project documentation. Ensure compliance with local building codes, construction regulations, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle. Skills Proven ability in Construction scheduling, Project scheduling, and Construction schedule coordination for large infrastructure, manufacturing, food and beverage projects. Strong knowledge of Construction regulations and regulatory compliance requirements across various jurisdictions. Demonstrated success managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects from start to finish. Excellent leadership skills in Managing teams in a construction management role; capable of motivating diverse teams toward shared goals. Expertise in Cost management techniques including Construction estimating and Construction budget management. Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting detailed construction plans for accurate execution. $60.00 - $70.00 per hour Expected hours: 50.0 - 55.0 per week
